Returns Policy
Approval Required: All returns must be approved by management prior to being shipped back
Returns Form: A returns form must be completed and a returns number obtained before sending any items
Proof of Purchase: Please retain your original order number, invoice number, or receipt as proof of purchase
Inspection Timeframe: Any issues, including transit damage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Condition: Items must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition unless deemed faulty
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, excluding warranty-related claims
